# Installation

Kalevala Utility can be downloaded from the links found in the #download-links channel of our official support Discord. Do not download Kalevala from any other source.

The installation process varies for each platform.

# MacOS Installation

Hayha may experience compatibility issues on M1 Macs.

pkg: The pkg installer provides a simple installation process. It is recommended heavily.
dmg: The dmg installer allows you to install the application manually.

# Windows Installation

For Windows, it is recommended you download and run the installer as administrator.

exe: The exe installer provides a simple installation process. It is recommended heavily.
zip: This should be your last resort, you will have to install the application manually.
